Huawei officially launched Ascend G510 and Ascend Y300 in India with Android 4.1

Huawei,  the china-based smartphone maker, has just launched two new smartphones in India –  Ascend G510 and Ascend Y300.

The Huawei Ascend G510 comes with a 4.5-inch TFT LCD display with a resolution of 480X854 pixels. The Ascend G510 is powered by a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm ARM Cortex-A5 dual-core processor along with 512MB RAM.
In terms of storage,  the phone does not offers any good inbuilt storage as it has an internal storage of only 1GB although it can be expanded upto 32GB via microSD card.
Reaching the camera, the phone sports a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 front-facing camera.
When it comes to the 1700 mAHbattery, the phone offers only 5 hours of talk time and 320 hours of standby as per Huawei.
The Huawei Ascend G510 is a cheap smartphone, priced at Rs. 10,990 and gives users a number of connectivity options such as WiFi Direct, Bluetooth and DLNA.

Both the smartphones run on Android 4.1 Jellybean and give a talk time of only 5 hours.

Moving on to the Ascend Y300, the phone has a 4.3-inch TFT LCD display with a resolution of 480X800 pixels and is powered by a 1 GHz Qualcomm ARM Cortex-A5 dual core processor along with 512MB of RAM. It also has the same storage capacity as the Ascend G510 and has a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3MP front camera for video calling. Priced at Rs. 7980, the phone includes a 1730 mAh battery that also gives only 5 hours of talk time.

Both the smartphones run on Android 4.1 Jellybean and Huawei has added a layer of new Emotion UI.
