Jivi 2010 launched with 2.4-inch display and emergency key for women for Rs1,699

Magicon and Jivi have launched an entry level phone named as the Jivi 2010 in India. The phone comes with dual-SIM support and has a 2.4-inch display.

In terms of connectivity, the phone offers Bluetooth as well as GPRS support. It is compatible with music formats including MP3, MP4, AVI or 3GP formats, and also features an FM with FM recording feature. It has a 3.5mm audio jack and a microUSB port which can be used for charging as well as connecting the phone with a computer.
The phone features an SOS button which the company says has been designed to help women in case of an emergency. Long pressing this button will automatically call on up to five pre-defined numbers. It also helps in sending an alert message in case of emergency.

This apart, the phone offers an expandable memory of up to 32GB through a microSD card. Additional features in the phone include a pre-loaded Hungama WAP Launcher, and the Mobile tracker software.

The Jivi 2010 is available in white, red and black colors and is priced for Rs 1,699. It can also be purchased online from various e-commerce portals.
