Lenovo has launched Yoga Tab Android tablet today. The 8-inch variant is priced at Rs 22,999 while the 10-inch version is priced at Rs 28,999. Apart from the display, there is no significant difference between the two variants offering a display resolution of 1280×800 pixels and powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT8389 processor for the 3G version. Other specifications include 1GB of RAM, 5-megapixel rear camera, VGA front-facing camera, 16GB of internal storage with microSD card slots and a battery Lenovo claims can last more than 18 hours. On the software front, the tablets run on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. With a cylindrical edge that houses the battery, it not only acts as a stand but also provides a good grip to hold the tablet. It has been designed in a way to distribute most of the weight towards the cylindrical portion. The 8-inch version also has cellular voice calling feature.
Lenovo is giving an accessory bundle – sleeve cover, screen protector and earphone – worth Rs 4,000 for 8-inch and Rs 5,000 for 10-inch to those who buy one by November 24.

Lenovo today launched the IdeaPad Flex 2, which is a dual-mode notebook, switching between laptop mode and stand mode. The laptop flips 360 degrees and can then be used like a tablet with touch display. The IdeaPad Flex 2 is available across the country with a price tag of Rs 42,250.
Specs wise,, the laptop sports a 14-inch (1366×768 pixels) display and is powered by a 4th generation Intel Core i3-i7 processor, paired with optional 2GB Nvidia GeForce GT 740M GPU and 4GB of DDR3L RAM. It also comes with a 720p webcam, USB 3.0 ports, memory card slots, HDMI ports, connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and a battery that can last up to 9 hours in idle mode. On the software front, the device runs on Windows 8. In terms of dimensions the laptop is 13.51×9.87×0.23 inches, weighs in at 2kg and is available in black color with silver grey edge.
Apple has just launched its new MacBook Pro Retina Display 13-inch and 15-inch variants. The MacBook Pro Retina Display 13-inch is lighter and thinner, weighing 3.46 pounds, 0.71-inches thin. The new Haswell processor provides up to 9 hours of video playback. It also sports Wi-Fi 802.11 ac and Thunderbolt 2, twice as fast as previous generation Thunderbolt. The base version with 4GB of RAM and 128GB SSD starts from $1,299, which is $200 cheaper than the previous base version.
The MacBook Pro Retina Display 15-inch variant comes with a 2GHz quad-core Intel i7 processor (Crystalwell) with Iris Pro, 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD. It can play video continuously for 8 hours. It starts from $1,999, again $200 cheaper than the previous version.
